Autumn Yoga Flow!

As we move into the dark half of the Wheel of the Year, this yoga class will attune to the cooler, slow, reflective energy of this time. We'll move and stretch into the " letting go" wisdom of the season through meditation, movement, mantra, and breath.

This is an All Levels gentle eclectic yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat. Some props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) and chairs will be available.

Lilian’s yogic training is in the Rasa Yoga Tradition and yin yoga. She is also a Gaia's Temple Ritualist, Witchy Mystic, and lifelong student of wisdom traditions. Her teaching style honors Sangha, the Sanskrit word for community, and her classes hold space for transformation, rest, renewal, and the mystical heart within each of us.

Free parking on site. Use side entrance of the building off the parking lot.
