Community Grief Ritual

We will gather under the beautiful trees near the Good Shepherd Center for a community grief ritual for our beloved Founder and Minister, Rev. Judith Laxer. This ritual will offer space to breathe and allow sorrow move through us together in sacred space.

This gathering is offered by donation. If you feel moved to support the Temple during this time of remembrance, your generosity helps sustain our work and keeps our doors open to all who seek spiritual community. All are welcome with hearts and contributions of every size received in gratitude.

Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on, a potluck dish to share and cups, dishware and utensils.

Note: This grief ritual is separate from the memorial for Rev. Judith, which will be held in a few months. This gathering offers a more formal ritual container than our support circles, creating space to hold our grief.
