About The Event
Gaia’s Temple is entering a new chapter of shared ritual leadership. As our community continues to grow and evolve, we are creating a Ritual Leadership Committee to help hold our Sabbats collaboratively. In this new model, the responsibilities of ritual planning and leadership will be shared among a circle of ritual leaders and co‑leaders, allowing our work to be supported by many hands and held with greater ease, creativity, and sustainability.
We will gather Tuesday, July 14th, from 7–9 pm PST on Zoom to explore this new structure together. During this meeting, we’ll share the vision, hear your thoughts, and begin shaping how this collaborative leadership model will unfold. If you’re unable to attend, notes will be provided afterward so you can stay connected.
This transition invites us to imagine new ways of moving together as a Temple, and we are deeply grateful for the openness, creativity, and willingness each person brings to this evolving chapter.
