About The Event
Join us for an informal yet informational, hands-on experience working with sourdough and wheat flour (sorry - this won't be a gluten-free experience). You'll will get your hands sticky and experience each stage of creating sourdough: from mixing to shaping and baking a fresh loaf over the course of a 3 hour discussion and demonstration. You will take home a loaf you shaped to finish proofing and bake as well as some sourdough starter and information/instructions for keeping the starter to make more bread on your own.
This workshop takes place at a private home in Lake Stevens. Address will be given after registration and the day before the event.
