About The Event
The ancient art of cordial making is a beautiful way to capture the flavors of fruit and spices in season for future imbibing. Join Noemi Chaparro and Rev. Corinna Frenzl as they demonstrate how to make two different and delicious cordials. This is a hands-on class where we will make and take home two half pints of fresh cordial. There is nothing quite like opening and enjoying a bottle of something delicious you have made and preserved! Class also includes cordial tasting. Oh, yes it does!
Participants are asked to provide their own half pint of vodka and half pint of brandy – we provide the rest.
